Shipping Policy

Here's exactly what to expect after you place an order.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including U.S. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We don't ship internationally yet, but it's on the roadmap.

Shipping rates

Order total (US)	Shipping
$40 and over	FREE standard shipping
Under $40	Flat $5 standard shipping

Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order subtotal, any order of $40 or more ships free. (The Bundle, at $58, ships free.)

Order processing

• Orders are processed and packed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

• After processing, standard shipping typically arrives within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
• Total estimated time from order to delivery is roughly 4-9 business days.
• These are estimates, not guarantees, actual transit times depend on the carrier (USPS/UPS).

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Shipping delays

We aren't responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, high-volume periods, or other events outside our control. If your tracking hasn't moved in several days, email support@getsmoovskin.com and we'll help.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@getsmoovskin.com. We'll help you file a carrier claim and work with you to make it right.

Sales tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination.
